{"id":25253,"date":"2025-10-28T14:59:43","date_gmt":"2025-10-28T13:59:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.haydn.it\/?page_id=25253"},"modified":"2025-10-28T14:59:43","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T13:59:43","slug":"privacy-policy-personal-data-processing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.haydn.it\/en\/privacy-policy-personal-data-processing","title":{"rendered":"Privacy Policy \u2013 Personal Data Processing"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Privacy Policy \u2013 Personal Data Processing<\/h3>\n<p>Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016\/679 (GDPR)<\/p>\n<p>The Fondazione Haydn of Bolzano and Trento, as the Data Controller, informs you\u2014pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 679\/2016\u2014about the processing of personal data you provide for the management of the contractual relationship.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing<\/h3>\n<p>The personal data provided (e.g., phone number, name, profile picture) are processed solely for the purpose of sending communications via the WhatsApp Business broadcast channel, activated upon the user\u2019s request.<\/p>\n<p>These communications may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>updates and informational content related to the requested service;<\/li>\n<li>notifications, alerts, reminders, or organizational content directly linked to the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In both cases, the legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 679\/2016 (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject).<br \/>\nNo marketing communications will be sent unless explicitly requested, and no processing beyond what is necessary for the service activation will be carried out.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Processing Methods<\/h3>\n<p>Processing is carried out using electronic tools, exclusively through the WhatsApp Business broadcast function, which allows the Data Controller to send one-way messages (subscribed users cannot reply).<br \/>\nNo automated decision-making or profiling of the data subject is involved.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Recipients or Categories of Recipients<\/h3>\n<p>Data may be processed by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>authorized personnel of the Data Controller, properly trained;<\/li>\n<li>technology service providers (e.g., cloud providers, digital services), possibly appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Data will not be disclosed.<br \/>\nAn up-to-date list of Data Processors is available upon request.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Data Transfer to Third Countries<\/h3>\n<p>Using WhatsApp may involve the potential transfer of data to non-EU countries.<br \/>\nProcessing is carried out in compliance with Articles 44 and following of the GDPR through standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, adequacy decisions or international agreements and protocols (e.g., EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).<br \/>\nWhatsApp LLC (Meta Platforms) may process data on servers located in the United States or other countries.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Data Retention Period<\/h3>\n<p>Data will be processed for the duration of the subscription to the broadcast channel and deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful interaction or upon request for unsubscription.<br \/>\nUsers may leave the channel at any time directly via the WhatsApp interface.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Nature of Data Provision<\/h3>\n<p>Providing data (phone number, subscription to the channel) is optional but necessary to receive content via the broadcast channel.<br \/>\nIf data is not provided, communications via this channel cannot be delivered.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Data Controller and Data Protection Officer<\/h3>\n<p>Data Controller: Fondazione Haydn of Bolzano and Trento, via Gilm 1\/a, 39100 Bolzano, Tel. +39 0471 975031, Email: info@haydn.it<br \/>\nData Protection Officer: Dr. Federica Ziglio, via Mazzini 14, 38122 Trento, Tel. +39 0461 261768, Email: info@ziglioassociati.it<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Rights of the Data Subject<\/h3>\n<p>The data subject has the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>access their data (Art. 15 GDPR);<\/li>\n<li>request rectification (Art. 16) or erasure (Art. 17);<\/li>\n<li>restrict processing (Art. 18);<\/li>\n<li>request data portability (Art. 20);<\/li>\n<li>object to processing in case of violations (Art. 21).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority: www.garanteprivacy.it<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Privacy Policy \u2013 Personal Data Processing Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016\/679 (GDPR) The Fondazione Haydn of Bolzano and Trento, as the Data Controller, informs you\u2014pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 679\/2016\u2014about the processing of personal data you provide for the management of the contractual relationship.
