Payment methods
PUBLIC SCHOOLS
Procedures may be submitted via CONTRACTA or BANDI ALTO ADIGE. Please allow a notice period of at least 15 days for us to process your request.
Invoices will be issued by the end of the month in which the performance takes place.
OTHER INSTITUTIONS
Please send your billing details to haydneducation@haydn.it so we can prepare your invoice.
Starting from the 2026/2027 school year, bank transfers from private individuals will NO longer be accepted.
Prices are inclusive of 10% VAT.
Ticket Collection
Seating will be assigned according to organizational and technical criteria, such as the students’ age, registration order, etc. Tickets can be collected on the day of the event at the box office of the venue where the concert or performance takes place. We kindly ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Tickets are non-refundable. Since tickets serve as official tax documents, we can only issue a non-fiscal receipt in the school’s name as proof of purchase. This receipt must be requested at least two days prior to ticket collection. Requests for electronic invoicing by the school must be submitted at the time of booking.
Once the performance or concert has started, late entry will not be permitted. We therefore kindly ask for your prompt arrival.
