Nothing is quite as it seems in Figaro’s hair salon: among scissors and wigs, an unexpected adventure begins.
When Figaro meets a young dreamer, he shows her what can be achieved with a little imagination. Suddenly, right in the middle of the salon, the story of Rosina, Count Almaviva and the eccentric Don Bartolo comes to life.
In E bravo Figaro!, the young audience becomes part of the story too: students sing along with the performers, move to the music and take part in a short choreography. With a singer, an actor and a pianist, Rossini’s The Barber of Seville is transformed into an imaginative music theatre experience, making this first encounter with the world of opera joyful and exciting.
To prepare students for the interactive moments of the opera, a training session for teachers is offered, along with digital teaching materials for schools. The session is specifically designed for each performance and provides playful activities and teaching ideas to help prepare classes for their theatre experience.
